“I lurked in the shadows of Courtney's Monday Project Co Instagram style account for much longer than I'd care to admit. As a mid 40's female with life and my body changing at a rapid rate I was feeling down in how I was showing up to myself and the world. I was lost and had no idea where to start. The best thing about the consult was not only all the information I came away with, but also the knowledge that I could start small. A slight change to my hair colour, a different colour on my nails, a lipstick and a brow pencil... baby steps. Over time I will refresh my entire wardrobe...but I'm starting small and I now feel like I know what works for me.
